Retainers are a Pretty Big Deal

We always talk about the importance of retainers at Top Smile Orthodontics. In fact, retainers are so crucial, we provide them to every patient coming out of orthodontic treatment as a standard. When braces come off, the bone around the roots of your teeth are hardening. During this time, it is recommended that you wear your retainer full time for the first three months and if things look good we suggest night time wear.

They are just as important at the treatment itself because using them properly ensures your teeth don't shift back to where they were before having braces or Invisalign.
